This great tea comes from the workshop of the Prague tea studio Meetea, which was invented by Jakub Seif in Vietnam. It’s an incredibly good dark Puer, about which I wrote this:
Memories of my grandfather’s cellar and attic come to life, I would be a little rascal again. But the first sip sinks the knees closer to the chair and turns the mind into an untamed but slowly changing cloud. Wood, forest and last year’s leaves. Suddenly, I no longer need to think and stare at the sourness again. Only bubbling water and a steaming kettle. Let the glitter and glory trouble elsewhere. Love, I’ll come. Tomorrow. And maybe never.
Preparation:
5-7g / 100-250ml 95°C / rinse and 15-30 sec. pickles
