The Yunnan Triptych

Triptych from Yunnan consists of three dragon balls of tea (so-called longzhu) and one small 80ml porcelain gaiwan. All three of these come from Yunnan province but have different processing.

The white tea is called Yue guang bai – White Moonlight and is from old trees of the Dabaihao – Big White Hair variety.

The red tea is named after the Nanmei place and is from old trees, so it has the name – gushu hongcha.

Dark shu puer also comes from Nanmei and old trees and is called Gushu shucha.
