From the archive, I am adding one very interesting fermented Puer, that is, “shu” Puer from the “Old Comrade” workshop of the Haiwan factory.
The smell is reminiscent of vanilla and an old closet, the taste is slightly bitter like ink, but with a beautiful warming and soothing effect.
