From 9,50€
Harvest: 14.March 2025
Have you ever heard about the Wuniuzao 乌牛早 ?
It is a tea cultivar that was famous in old dynasties in China and was re-discovered in 1985. These days it is very famous among tea producers as it start to sprout early in March and has marvelous taste. Time of harvest is before Qingming 清明 the festival of sweeping tombs or the”Pure brightness” festival, but this one is the first day of picking in a small quantity. Dragon’s Well is traditionally processed by roasting tea buds in a pan until they are completely dry. This is what gives it its nutty notes, but also notes of passion fruit and mango. The taste is electrifying with a high proportion of umami, saltiness and a chestnut aftertaste. If you are a lover of quality green tea, this is the right choice.
I recommend to use preparation procedure according to these pictures:
1. 6-7g /150-250ml
2. 70-85°C
3. 15-30 seconds
4. Pour the tea and drink
This tea can be steeped many times
